Different locations required consistent guest login pages, centralized customer management and clearer session visibility without changing every local network workflow.
Solution model
A multi-tenant Cloud Hotspot structure was integrated with location-specific firewall and wireless environments. Portal branding, login methods, usage collection and reporting were managed centrally while local policies remained configurable.
Operational outcome
The model reduced repetitive administration, standardized the guest journey and created a common reporting layer across properties.
